Associated Group vs. Chapter
In an associated group program it is presumed that you have already setup an established organization, are following your goals and actively lobbying for and gaining members.
What we ask it that you help us in the effort and tell anyone that asks that you are a part of this larger national effort. The main thing is that you agree to add your information to our national map and agree also to add our banner with link to your website.
What we will do in give you access to all of our information to use freely and support you in any way that we can.
Our goal is not to have you lose your association’s identify but to use our 15+ years of experience in the courts and before that legislature to move this effort forward for every fit parent.
As a NOPE
Chapter
1. You have our full backing in all projects that you have asked for support in.
2. You are featured within our website as a chapter.
3. You have a sub-website within ours that contains all your information, contact information. This is listed and placed under your individual chapter information.
4. You have actual NOPE email address available for you, up to 5 individual email addresses.
5. You have our experience completely at your disposal to advise you in dealing with the law in your area. While we are not attorneys, we will show you what to look for within your state statutes to help you in your battles.
6. Much more as we grow this organization.
What you will be required to do as a chapter of NOPE:
1. Help us support the message of equal legal and physical custody for all fit parents.
2. Help us gain new membership.
3. Help us to raise awareness of the problems of Family Law in the nation and your state.
4. Help us raise funds to keep our services available to all parents that new a voice for change. Funds will be split between national (us) the state or regional chapter. No regional chapter will be added without national and state level approval.
5. Help use push new legislation for your state.
6. Promote co-operation between NOPE and our associated groups.
Over all rules of operation are at the discretion of the National Board.
