Comments: I live in Illinois and have
watched the DCFS and Lutheran Services take away a
father's rights when he wasn’t even in on the initial charge. The charge
was the maternal grandma against her daughter (they never got along).
First, they are close, then they actually fist fight and it was seen by two caseworkers
and the grandma had a foster care license. They left the child in
question (who was in the mother's arms when hit by grandma) at the grandma's
house until they investigated. When the case was "investigated"
and mom flunked the drug test, dad was told if judge says so kid will go to
strangers unless he signs over rights. Guess what? Grandma got the
kid. Now dad is in jail on bogus charges and maternal grandma (who just
so happens to have a friend that worked in dcfs for 15 yrs) gets the kid and money to take care of him. the
cases on grandma (including 13 yrs of child's mom being in foster care) have
been sealed and all charges dropped and foster license restored and everything
is fine. it took 4 years of court for dad to
lose his son. he went to counseling that they made him go even though all
he did was had a record of theft and something that happened 20 yrs ago that
had been resolved in a court of law. How fair is our system? i wish someone
would write about this story or something. Justice will never be done in Illinois!!!

thing to help preserve the values of the American family. No one would ever
imagine the destruction that truly exists from our courts to it's
citizens and unto the innocent lives of our children. This is an outrage and
disgust that any such activity or conduct remain this tactfully encouraged
without imprisonment to law firms, CPS agencies, DCFS , and many other bodies
of government or high rank business/politician division . This is an outcry to
end the abuse on families in America. The torment is killing us and the lives
of our babes. Stop legal law abuse.
