Comments: I am the founder and volunteer executive director
of the Center for Parental Responsibility. We are in Minnesota.
We are the largest and most active family law reform organization in Minnesota,
with the highest credibility. We started in 2003. Since 2003 we have been
working on 2 pieces of state legislation: joint physical custody and
eligibility standards for Title IV-D services. We also have 19 one
hour TV shows that are completed and available online and can be used anywhere
