Child Support Audit

A coordinated effort has begun between Ohio Family Rights and the National Organization for Parental Equality.

By working together we have been able to get The Auditor of The State of Ohio, Dave Yost, to begin working with us to correct the many problems that exist within the child support system in this state. We are not talking about the unjust support numbers; that is being addressed thru the legislation.

We are talking about money that has and continues to disappear from accounts that does not go to the children of this state. We are talking about unaccounted for payments and payouts that never reach the proper party.

If you have documented proof of money that has not been credited to your child support account or that has been removed and not gone to your children, we want to know about it.

We will need your permission to supply this to the Auditor. The best way to do this is to provide us with a copy of your most recent personal requested audit from your local child support office. A simple phone call will get that for you.
